Mr. Bruce Skinner
Skinner & Company

Dear Bruce,

First of all, I don’t know many people who would put their life on hold so they could go down to the hurricane devastated Gulf area to assist in and film the rescue of horses. I cannot thank you enough for joining the USEF, our U.S. Army volunteers and the LSU Vet School in that effort.

The mini-documentary that you produced for our 2005 Pegasus Awards gala left the entire crowd speechless and with a tear in their eye. The thunderous ovation after your video, which showcased the amazing efforts of both the Army volunteers and the LSU vets and students, went on and on. It was indeed the highlight of the entire five-day convention. One message was clear... it’s all about the love of the horse.

Thank you for all the work on the video and all the hundreds of hours of your time devoted to the rescue effort. It was a pleasure working with you and your commitment to the cause and the video are impressive, and greatly appreciated.

We look forward to working with you in the future. It’s always wonderful to work with someone who cares as much as we do about that wonderful creature that captures our hearts and imagination.

Sincerely,

Maria Partlow
